Meet the Doula

Hi! I’m Rosetta—mother of two, wife, and passionate birth, postpartum, and bereavement doula. I began this work after experiencing firsthand how challenging birth and postpartum can be. From my early journey in California attending home births to returning home to Cape Cod, I’ve had the honor of supporting families through one of life’s most transformational times. After attending more and more births, no matter the setting, I was quickly humbled at the power of our inner primal beings and how nothing else matters in that moment. I found my purpose - supporting women in my community. I believe that when a mother is truly supported, she can step into her power and trust her inner knowing. She births into motherhood... a new identity overnight, and that is not an easy feat or one to be done alone.I offer compassionate, intuitive care through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, loss, and beyond—including NICU-specialized support. My role is to create a calm, empowering space where you feel informed, seen, and confident. Informed consent is at the heart of my work—because you deserve to understand your options and move forward without fear.Alongside doula care, I’m an **International Infant Massage Educator, Trauma-informed Somatic Breathwork Facilitator and Women’s Circle Facilitator, and currently training as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).Birth is a rite of passage—and you deserve a village. I would be honored to walk beside you.

Women's Circles

Women have gathered in circle for generations—but in today’s world, that sacred practice is often lost. Circle offers space to pause, reconnect, and remember who we are. It’s time to root and re-village.As a Women’s Circle Facilitator, I create safe, meaningful spaces for connection and intentional gathering.I also offer gratitude-based gatherings for co-ed workplaces to build empathy, presence, and real community to foster success.Let’s reconnect. You Aren't Alone

It’s time for our community to come together and reconnect. In a world where isolation is common and support often falls short —we can do better. You deserve to be witnessed, supported, and never left to walk alone.. I’m here to walk alongside mothers, partners, and families with compassion, presence, and guidance—while also helping our communities remember how to show up for one another in real, meaningful ways. Because when we rise together, no one has to journey alone.

Testimonials

BIRTH & POSTPARTUM CLIENT:
"My husband and I had the pleasure of being able to have Rosetta as a doula during our first pregnancy. She eased all of our anxieties and worries within the first time meeting her. Her energy and calmness put us at ease, and was thoughtful and so knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. Even after our daughter came, words could not describe the value and support she provided us post-partum. We would highly recommend Rosetta to any expecting couples and plan to use her for our next birth, without hesitation.” Sydney M.

POSTPARTUM CLIENT:
"Rosetta visited me during my son’s first week of life and I don’t know that I have the words to describe her (it makes me teary just thinking of it)… she was calm, compassionate and just so gentle and loving in all of the ways I didn’t realize I needed. I had no idea what to expect from a postpartum doula but all I know is Rosetta is a special person who helped me enormously. She listened to me in my struggles, through the intensity of that first week, when I had awful dizziness and insomnia, sleeping only an hour a day." Laura A.

BIRTH & POSTPARTUM CLIENT:
"I had a very long labor and I had many friction points with the medical team/midwife at the hospital and was glad to have Rosetta there for my husband and I to remind ourselves to advocate for noninvasive measures as I tried to cope with labor. I progressed very slowly but Rosetta gave us pointers on pain management and kept me moving the whole time. Rosetta was a constant hand to hold when the midwife kept pushing for a C-section when there was no threat to me or baby. I truly believe if Rosetta was not there to offer other methods of pain management and encouragement- I would have been influenced into an unwanted C-section. Rosetta was there the whole 36 hours of active labor. Rosetta’s experience and help also came at a very vulnerable time postpartum for me. I experienced postpartum anxiety and depression. Rosetta came over, cooked an incredible meal of the random things I had in my refrigerator while I snuggled with baby, cleaned up and left quietly with a note to call her for anything I needed. I reflect back on that day and how much I felt taken care of." Hilary Q.

WOMEN'S CIRCLE PARTICIPANT:
“Attending Rosetta’s women’s circles has been one of the most healing and empowering parts of my motherhood journey. The space she creates is nourishing and supportive, a place where I’ve been able to reconnect with myself, embrace my feminine energy, and feel truly seen. These gatherings have helped me show up more grounded and present as a mother to my two children, and more openhearted and connected in my relationship. I’m so grateful for the way her work nurtures not just women, but the families and the communities we’re part of. I highly recommend connecting with Rosetta if you’re a mother, or a woman in any stage of life.” Maura R.
